Sansa Interiors is a Toronto-based interior design firm specializing in residential projects and hospitality spaces, particularly cafes. When we first connected with them, they were a young firm, trying to find their footing in marketing. They had experimented with just about everything—social media, YouTube videos, Google Ads, blogging, mail flyers, and even billboards.

The Turning Point
In 2022, they hired us to take their marketing to the next level with our 12-month program. In the first month, we created a strategy to narrow their focus, set clear KPIs, redesigned key landing pages, and set up a CRM and sales tracking process. From there, we consistently published SEO-friendly content, pitched their projects to top design magazines and podcasts, and ran ads to expand their reach.
Our efforts got them featured in publications like DesignMilk, Casa Vogue, Elle, and Chic Haus. The results were transformative. Within a year, they ranked in the top three on Google for terms like “interior designer in Toronto” and “restaurant interior design” across Canada. Their online inquiries jumped from 18 in 2021 to 71 in 2022 to 133 in 2023—huge milestones for a growing design firm.
A Long-Term Partnership
We first met Sansa through a business accelerator in 2020 and quickly became friends before they hired us. After two years of working together, we trained their junior marketing assistant to maintain momentum, and now we support them on an as-needed basis.
